VANCOUVER COUNSELING & WELLNESS
Vancouver Counseling & Wellness was created to provide counseling services to the beloved residents of Vancouver and its neighboring communities. The organization provides tailored support to individuals wanting to improve their lives through a compassionate and non-judgmental approach. Vancouver Counseling & Wellness is dedicated to creating a safe environment in which personal growth is achieved, and specializes in the treatment of addiction, eating disorders, mental health, and relational issues.
Mental Health & Relational Issues
Mental health is a basic need to effectively function at work, and in our personal lives. I am here to support you in achieving a greater sense of wellbeing by individualizing my counseling approach to meet your needs. I will help empower you to overcome obstacles that are preventing you from reaching your goals, and enable you to participate in relationships authentically. My approach is non-discriminatory. I welcome you, no matter where you are on your journey.
Addiction & Co-occurring Disorders
Addiction comes in many forms, from behavioral addiction (such as gambling) to substance-use. These issues are all common in that they can impair life and result in the destruction of relationships. Due to the nature of addiction, family members and partners of those struggling with addiction often benefit from support of their own. I am happy to help individuals who desire to recover and/or their loved ones. My approach to treating addiction is non-judgmental. Let us work together to rebuild life on your terms.
Disordered Eating & Eating Disorders
Disordered eating directly impacts physical and emotional wellbeing. Feeling consumed by thoughts of food, exercise, and/or body image conflicts with living a full life. You deserve to focus on what makes you truly happy, whether you are caught in the cycle of dieting or are suffering from an eating disorder. Let us help you regain balance and joy. We believe that health can come in every size and that everyone can achieve an empowered relationship with food, movement, and their bodies.
